Michael G. Cottrell

Chief Financial Officer

Osprey Investment Company, LLC

Mr. Cottrell is the Chief Financial Officer of OIC and Osprey. Mr. Cottrell has been with Osprey as its CFO since its inception in 1998, and is responsible for managing all aspects of the Company's financial management, accounting and banking activities. Previous to working with Osprey, Mr. Cottrell was the Chief Financial Officer of Lowry Computer Products, Inc. a national system integrator and was a Partner in the CPA firm of Gordon and Company. Mr. Cottrell is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He obtained a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.
