Jason B. Biber

Member of the Investment Committee

Osprey Investment Company, LLC

Mr. Biber is a Member of OIC's Investment Committee and is the Chief Operating Officer of Osprey. Mr. Biber has been with Osprey since 2003, and currently oversees all day-to-day aspects of the Company's operational and management activities. Prior to his promotion to COO, Mr. Biber led Osprey's property acquisition efforts. Previous to working with Osprey, he was Vice President in Charge of Operations at TPS, an international logistics management firm, and was the Director of Operations at American Backhaulers, Inc., the second largest freight brokerage firm in the Americas. Mr. Biber is a graduate of Michigan State University and served as a non-commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
