Gus V. Katsadouros

Managing Director

Osprey Investment Company, LLC

Mr. Katsadouros is a Managing Director of OIC. Mr. Katsadouros joined OIC in June of 2008 to lead the commercial mortgage acquisition efforts of OIC. Mr. Katsadouros brings extensive experience in real estate finance and management from his 22 year tenure with Wachovia. At Wachovia, he held key management roles in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate and Wachovia Securities while operating from offices in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. Most recently, Mr. Katsadouros was directly responsible for structuring the complete Capital Stack for over $12 Billion in commercial real estate transactions as a Managing Director in Wachovia's Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Mr. Katsadouros graduated from UNC- Charlotte and received his MBA from Queens College. He has extensive real estate and securities training, including his Securities Series 7 and Series 63 license.
