Michael J. Biber

Managing Partner and Chairman

Osprey Investment Company, LLC

Mr. Biber is a Managing Partner, Chairman and a founding Member of OIC and the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Osprey SA, Ltd. and related companies (collectively "Osprey"). Founded in 1998, Osprey owns and manages a 4.1 million square foot portfolio of commercial real estate located in the Southeastern and Midwestern United States. Mr. Biber is responsible for the day to day activities of Osprey and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of OIC. Prior to founding Osprey, Mr. Biber served as corporate counsel for a diverse client base and is currently one of the managing partners of Biber, O'Toole, Fowler and Clarkson, PLLC. Mr. Biber began his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has a BBA in Accounting from Michigan State University and a JD from the University of Michigan, and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
