Fred M. Starling

Member of the Investment Committee

Osprey Investment Company, LLC

Mr. Starling is a Member of OIC's Investment Committee and is the Chief Executive Officer and founding Member of Osprey Management Company, LLC. ("OMC") since its inception in 2000. OMC conducts business as a real estate broker and manager involved in the management and leasing of commercial properties. Mr. Starling is involved in the day-to-day management of acquisition, development, construction, marketing, leasing, and operations activities. Mr. Starling founded Fred M. Starling, Inc., a construction company, in 1981 and currently is Owner of The Starling Group, which is a full service real estate organization engaged in all phases of real estate including acquisition, planning, sales, construction, development and management. Mr. Starling is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker's license and General Contractors license.
