Osprey manages all tenant build-outs and new construction activities for Osprey and additional third party clients.  The construction team provides the building solutions necessary to make all projects a success, from conceptual planning to preliminary budget, through approvals and project design, to the final construction.

Osprey specializes in driving returns by identifying and acquiring management intensive, value-add real estate opportunities through direct property and debt acquisitions.  As a vertically integrated organization, we take an active, hands-on approach to every aspect of the real estate investment cycle, thus allowing us to generate superior risk-adjusted returns.
